Shipping policy

Processing: All orders are commonly processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS (Processing time can take up to an additional week for your order to process. Processing signifies receiving your data and preparing your order.

 

Shipping: All orders orders are commonly shipped out within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase NOT INCLUDING HOLIDAYS (Processing can take up to an additional week for your order to ship out. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking information and sometimes a delivery date.

 

We Regal Active Wear are not responsible for packages that are delayed while in transit; please contact the postal carrier listed in the tracking details.

 

Please go through your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if your items are faulty, damaged or if you received the wrong product, so that we can resolve the issue promptly and make all necessary corrections.
